I ordered pecan trees, walnut trees and walk on me, not one thing was alive. I carried rain water every day. The following year they sent me more dead pecan trees and walk on me ,again nothing lived. This is the worst service I have Ever had.

the worst place to do business with ordered back in april never received my order was told on the phone that they could not refund my money i had to write an e-mail wrote 2 last one may 19 never received a reply on it so tomorrow i will file a complaint with the better business bureau now i have problems posting had to give it a star and hate to give it one star.The order is under my husbands name michael craig hilde craig

My mother called me in tears. She placed an order weeks ago and although they cashed the check a month ago, she's received nothing. She called the bank and they advised it's the same for anyone who buys from this company. It's a scam. And if you're into giving money away, I'll send you my Venmo.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I would. Initial order took 6 weeks to receive -- 3/4 of the plants I purchased were DEAD STICKS. I was told to plant them because they were dormant and to give 6 weeks for them to "wake up" They didnt -- BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD! I followed the instructions for warranty replacement and was told it would take 2-4 weeks just to process that before they shipped the replacements. It has now been longer than 4 weeks and still NOTHING! Dont even bother trying to call them on the phone -- they never answer, it is a constant busy signal. WORST PLANT CATALOG COMPANY EVER!!!

I have been waiting for my stuff for 2 months. It is blooming season and nothing. When you call you only get a busy signal. Not at all happy. I want a refund!
